Product Introduction

The DG-960G Fully Automatic Dust-Free V Grooving Machine is an automated machine specially designed for V grooving cardboard, greyboard and rigid box materials.

The machine adopts an automatic feeding, conveying and V-grooving system, allowing continuous grooving of pre-die-cut boards. With stable operation and high production efficiency, it is especially suitable for the mass production of lid-and-base boxes, rigid boxes, gift boxes and other premium packaging products.

The DG-960G features specially designed V-grooving blades that help reduce material jamming and damage during the grooving process. It is also equipped with automatic waste collection and finished-product collection systems, reducing manual operations and keeping the production process cleaner and more efficient.

Important Note: The DG-960G does not include a die-cutting function. Before using this machine, the board must first be die-cut and corner-cut through a separate pre-processing machine.

The Board Must Be Die-Cut Before V Grooving

The DG-960G does not have a die-cutting function.

Before using the DG-960G, the board must first undergo die cutting, corner cutting and other necessary pre-processing using separate equipment.

After the die-cutting process is completed, the board can then be fed into the DG-960G for automatic V grooving.
